As such, Travel Whole India is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, death, delay, or irregularity that may occur during the provision of travel services. Moreover, Travel Whole India is not liable for any acts, omissions, or defaults of the independent suppliers or for any injury, loss, death, damage, irregularity, or delay in transportation or other services or resulting from acts of God, force majeure, or other causes beyond our control.
