Inclusions:-
Accommodation on Double sharing basis as per itinerary in hotel/camps mentioned or
similar.
Each stay 2 meals ( Breakfast and Dinner)
5 RE 500 CC from Day 2 to Day 6.
An Oxygen Cylinder 24X7 in the backup in case of emergency
All drives, sightseeing, and excursions as per the itinerary.
Exclusions
Meals that are not mentioned in inclusions
Any personal expenses like laundry, telephone bills, and tips. etc.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like landslides, roadblocks. Etc. (to be borne
by the client directly on the spot.)
Tip to driver and tour escort person (IF ANY)
Any other item which is not specified under cost inclusions
All applicable taxes -Protected area Permit- cost 600 Per Person -Any entrance fee to the
monastery and monuments.

The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the
hotel rooms are not available as specified above the alternate hotels
will be suggested. The difference in cost is payable extra.

Peak Season /Weekend Surcharges may be applicable at the time
of confirmation.
Payment Policy:
5000/- to be paid as booking registration amount.
The remaining balance is to be paid before 45 days of departure.
All bookings & confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation in
specified hotels.
Kindly note that a cheque is not acceptable.
Guests, who are unable to visit our offices for booking, can deposit the amount in the
bank account or can make payment online through net banking or via website too.
Also, after making the transfer, intimate the same to us by sending a scanned
copy/screenshot of the bank slip and personal details.
Cancellation Policy:
In case of cancellation of the group from the organizer side due to any unavoidable
circumstances, we will try to transfer the booking in another departure (if the client
denies opting for transfer of booking to other groups then there will be no refund.
In case of cancellation from client-side after the registration at any point of time, then, in
that case, there will be no refund or adjustment of booking amount.
Before 60 Days-30% of the package cost will be deducted from the package cost.
60-45 Days-50% of the Package cost will be deducted from the total Package cost.
45-0 Days- 100% of the package cost i.e. No Refund.
In case of the change of the departure date: – TravelwholeIndia reserve the right to
change the booking date of the client, in case of customer request before 60 days prior –
NO REFUND ON UNUTILIZED SERVICES OF THE PACKAGES,(IF ANY)
